Drewex AB is a store in Malmö that sells art supplies and offers services such as framing and fine art printing. The company wanted to modernize its website to better reflect its business and make it easier for artists to find information about their products and services.
My role in the project was to create a new, user-friendly website with a focus on the target audience — artists and creative professionals.
To understand the audience, I conducted a keyword analysis and researched how similar companies present their websites. I also considered user behavior and needs by analyzing which pages and features were most important to them. I created wireframes to structure the content and ensure logical navigation. By iterating on the design, I made sure the website would feel intuitive and easy to use.
In the visual design, I used a color palette and typography that reflected Drewex’s creative and artisanal profile. I opted for an airy layout with high-quality images to showcase the products and give the site an inspiring feel. The website was built with a responsive design to ensure it worked seamlessly on both mobile and desktop.
